The results:

95% of our clients said they would seek advice from us again in the future if they needed it
95% of our clients said they would recommend our service to other people
95% of our clients said they would describe the service they received from us as 'Excellent' or 'Very Good'
86% of our clients said the advice they received helped to resolve their issue
79% of our clients said that after receiving advice, they have more knowledge and confidence in managing their issue
70% of our clients said they are financially better off as a result of the advice they received from GIC
